The Reimagining LTC webinar series brings people together so they can share with and learn from others facing similar challenges and opportunities in long-term care.
The March 22, 2023 webinar explored the concept of Age-Friendly Health Systems - the provision of high-quality, age-friendly care for all older adults across the continuum of care. Age-Friendly Health Systems require implementation of four evidence-informed foundations of high-quality care, through the 4Ms Framework:

- Mentation
- Mobility
