LTC Quality Improvement Poster Presentations
From April to October 2022, HEC supported a community of 286 long-term care homes across Canada to implement quality improvement projects focused on staff well-being or enhancing person-centred care through LTC Quality Improvement. The LTC Quality Improvement Showcase Poster Presentations provide an overview of some of these diverse projects, including:
- Implementing an employee wellness program
- Providing training for staff, such as mental health first aid
- Introducing person-centred care planning
- Enhancing resident-led activities
