Workforce Well-Being Through Coherent Breathing

August 27, 2024, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. ET

Coherent breathing is a technique focused on conscious and deliberate breathing. When practiced regularly, it helps those experiencing chronic or acute stress soothe their nervous system, slow their heart rate, lower their blood pressure, and generally feel calmer and more relaxed.

Join us on August 27 as we explore ways to implement the coherent breathing approach from the Translating Research in Elder Care (TREC) Breathing Toolkit. Learn how to reduce stress and anxiety levels and improve sleep and well-being for staff in long-term care.
