Term: Full-time 3-month internship (January 2026-March 2026)
Reports to: People & Culture Business Partner

Are you passionate about shaping workplace culture and gaining hands-on experience in HR and people analytics? As a People & Culture Intern, you’ll work closely with our team to analyze insights from our recent employee engagement survey and help develop a practical action plan to enhance our workplace experience. This is a unique opportunity to build your skills in data analysis, project coordination, and communication, while contributing to initiatives that directly impact employee engagement and organizational culture. You’ll gain real-world exposure to workforce strategy, reporting, and collaborative problem-solving, all while making a meaningful difference in our organization!

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Collects and interprets insights from engagement survey and other data sources.
  • Assists in turning survey insights into actionable recommendations for the People & Culture team.
  • Communicates findings clearly through summaries, visualizations, and presentations.
  • Coordinates meetings and initiatives that support engagement efforts.
  • Contributes to ongoing environmental scanning to inform workplace strategies.
  • Prepares agendas and takes minutes for the Workplace Culture Committee.
  • Provides general support and coordination to the People & Culture team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and experience you will need to have:

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline is required.
  • Bilingual in French and English is preferred (English Communication at the Advanced “C” level is required).
  • Advanced computer software skills in Microsoft Office suite and virtual environment are required. 
  • Previous experience with HRIS software (i.e. BambooHR) is preferred.
